Embed files into Excel

Embed uploaded files into your workbook to ensure that the extractions are not disrupted if the source files are moved or deleted.

Individual files:

1. Next to the file name, hover your cursor over More actions ().

2. In the list of actions, select Save to local ().

3. The file is saved locally.

Multiple files:

1. On the ribbon, select Files.

2. Select Include in Excel ().

3. A prompt appears asking you to confirm this action. Select Confirm.
