Validation and exception
Use Validation and Exception to mark extracted content as correct (✓) or incorrect (✗) for quick review.

On the ribbon, select Validation or Exception.

In your worksheet, select the cell that you want to mark as correct or incorrect.

On the sidebar, draw a box around the content to mark.

✓ or ✗ appears in the cell.
