Embed files into Excel
Embed uploaded files into your workbook to ensure that the extractions are not disrupted if the source files are moved or deleted.
Individual files:

Next to the file name, hover your cursor over More actions (
). -
In the list of actions, select Save to local (
). -
The file is saved locally.
Multiple files:

On the ribbon, select Files.

Select Include in Excel (
). -
A prompt appears asking you to confirm this action. Select Confirm.
