Test your single sign-on integration (Okta)

Additionally, you can check the System Log to determine when Cloud sends a token request to Okta. This may be required if you are troubleshooting the integration with Caseware Support.
To view the System Log:

Log in to your firm's Okta dashboard with an Admin account.

From the main menu, expand the Reports drop-down menu and select System Log.

Review the log for the token request.
