Before you get started with CaseWare PBC Requests, ensure that your firm administrator completes the necessary prerequisites.

To start, sign in to your firm's Cloud site. As a staff member, the actions you can perform include:

  1. Create a PBC Requests engagement

  2. Complete the Optimiser document

In the Optimiser, if you choose to:

  1. Build your own query, then:

    1. Add the information request items in the document

    2. Start client interaction

    3. Complete the query

    4. Locate the documents provided by clients

    5. Wrap up and lock down

  2. Use PBC templates, then:

    1. Review the query document

    2. Start client interaction

    3. Complete the query

    4. Locate the documents provided by clients

    5. Wrap up and lock down
