Manage extractions
View extractions
You can quickly navigate to the location of an extraction by selecting the extraction range in the source file, or open the source file where the extraction exists by selecting the extraction data in your worksheet. Neither the worksheet nor the source file needs to be in the current view to use this functionality.

Select an extraction range on the sidebar to view the corresponding cells in your worksheet.

Select a cell in your worksheet to view the corresponding extraction range in the source file.
Undo and redo
To undo or redo an extraction, use the options on the ribbon. Keyboard shortcuts (i.e. Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+Y) apply only to Excel actions, not to extractions.

On the ribbon, select Undo to reverse the last extraction.

On the ribbon, select Redo to restore the last undone extraction.
Delete extraction links
Delete extractions from either the ribbon or sidebar.

On the ribbon, select Delete | Delete Link to remove the extraction link for the current cell, or select Delete | Delete All Links to remove all extraction links for the current workbook.

On the sidebar, select Link (
), then next to the applicable extraction link, click Delete (
).
Search
You can quickly search across your uploaded files to locate key information, including content that has not been extracted yet.

On the sidebar, select Search (

Enter your search term in the field and press Enter.

A list of matches appears. Select a match to open the file. The term is highlighted to make it easy to find.
