What’s new in AiDA 2025-09
Welcome to the Caseware AiDA 2025-09 release! This release introduces firm-managed knowledge bases, giving firms more control over the knowledge AiDA uses to answer questions.

Firms can now upload a collection of PDFs to create firm-level knowledge bases. AiDA references this content when answering queries, enabling more context-aware and tailored responses. Users with either the Settings Admin or Admin role can

Upload content that is securely scoped: AiDA only uses it for your firm’s users.
This establishes a foundation for differentiated, firm-specific experiences with AiDA. It empowers firms to combine AiDA’s intelligence with curated content. Answers then reflect firm-specific practices, policies, and terminology.

Important note on transparency
Inline references aren't yet available for firm-managed knowledge bases. Support will be added in a future release.
Caseware-provided knowledge bases for OnPoint PCR and OnPoint EBP
When working in OnPoint PCR or OnPoint EBP, you can select the corresponding knowledge base directly in AiDA. These knowledge bases are maintained by Caseware and provide authoritative answers rooted in the methodology and workflows of each solution.
