Tax-only engagement support

1-100 Engagement set-up

In 1-100 Engagement set-up, select Yes for Indicate if this is a tax-only engagement if the engagement has no associated assurance engagement. After updating the engagement content, import the client's trial balance (see Import the client's data.)

1-550 Tax groups assignment

  • No automatic mapping between financial and tax groups occurs.

  • All tax group values are initially blank.

  • Use the (+) button to open the Tax group selection window, which includes filters and a search bar.

Note: Once a tax group is selected, it can be copied and pasted across other rows in the Tax group column.
