Partner and manager summary
The D350 Partner and manager summary document gathers important information within your engagement and provides an overview of the engagement for senior staff.
The document has four separate tabs that follow the main phases of an engagement:

Planning
The Planning tab includes:

Financial information.

Overall engagement information that outlines the main documentation procedures found in the Planning phase.

The sign-off status and details for documents that have been set to a different sign-off scheme other than the required scheme.

The engagement team information as recorded in the A300 - Overall audit strategy document.
Risk assessment and response
The Risk assessment and response tab includes:

The number of risks identified, the number of significant/fraud risks and the level of Financial statement level risk (from the B400 - Assessment of RMM (including Fraud Risks) document).

The number of controls identified and the number of key controls.

An overview of the Audit Response Tables available in the engagement.

Fieldwork
The Fieldwork tab includes:

Any custom conclusion added to a work program in the Fieldwork section.

Completion
The Completion tab includes:

An overview of the issues raised in the engagement, sorted by status.

An overview of the number of adjustments created in the engagement.
