Locate the client's documents

Once you complete a query, the documents provided by the client are automatically stored in the designated predefined folders in the Documents page based on your responses in the Optimiser document.

For example, if you respond Use PBC templates and Compilation as engagement type in the Optimiser, then the documents provided by clients are automatically stored in the predefined PBC documents folder.

Note: If you respond Build my own query in the Optimiser, then the documents provided by clients are automatically stored in the Query - PBC documents folder.

The PBC documents folder holds all files provided by clients when you choose Compilation engagement in the Optimiser.
