System requirements

Extractly integrates with Microsoft 365 and Excel. It requires Windows, an active internet connection, a Microsoft 365 business/enterprise license, and basic hardware.

User account requirements

  • Admin access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center for initial deployment

  • A Microsoft 365 business/enterprise account linked to a central domain

Operating systems

  • Microsoft Windows 11 64-bit (x64)

  • Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit (x64)

Connectivity

  • Active internet connection always required

Microsoft 365

  • Desktop installation and web-based installations are supported

  • A Microsoft 365 business/enterprise license is required

  • Microsoft Office 365 E1 is NOT supported

Hardware

  • 1 GHz 64-bit (x64) processor; 2 GHz recommended for improved performance

  • 4 GB RAM; 8 GB recommended for improved performance

Document requirements and considerations

  • Extractly can ingest image and PDF files up to 15MB in size.

  • Allowed image file types: .png and .jpeg/.jpg.

  • Only the XLSX file type is supported for use with Extractly. XLS and CSV are not supported.

  • As Extractly stores the source documents on the cloud, there is no performance impact due to the number of files uploaded and extracted within a workbook.
