Test your single sign-on integration (Okta)

Now that Cloud is integrated with your Active Directory domain, you can test the integration by selecting Go to Single Sign-On from your Cloud sign-in page and completing the sign-in process. If it fails, see Why am I receiving an error message? for more information.

Additionally, you can check the System Log to determine when Cloud sends a token request to Okta. This may be required if you are troubleshooting the integration with Caseware Support.

To view the System Log:

  1. Log in to your firm's Okta dashboard with an Admin account.

  2. From the main menu, expand the Reports drop-down menu and select System Log.

  3. Review the log for the token request.
