To complete your tax engagement, you can send a query to request your client to review and sign off on your tax authorization and final tax return. To learn more, see Client correspondence (Queries).

3-200Q Final tax return query - Request your client to review, sign and return the Final tax return.
After your client returns the signed documents, you can proceed to file your corporate tax return with your third-party tax vendor. Make sure you archive and lockdown the engagement to prevent any changes.
