Validation

Use 1-2 Data Completeness - Balance sheet and 1-3 Data completeness - Income statement to see if the imported trial balance data matches the account balances and totals calculated from the imported file. Differences may indicate that you have uploaded an incomplete data set and may need to follow up with your client and re-import the data.
