View a dashboard

Use the SherlockBI app to view and customize the dashboards that are available to your account. The icon preceding the dashboard name indicates whether the dashboard is purchased () or shared ().

Note: You can only view dashboards for which your firm has purchased licenses through MyCaseWare, or dashboards that have been shared with you by other staff through SherlockBI Builder.

To view a dashboard:

  1. Ensure that your firm administrator has assigned you licenses for the SherlockBI app and any applicable dashboards.

  2. Open the Cloud menu () and select SherlockBI.

    A list of available dashboards displays.

  3. From the list, select the dashboard that you want to view. For more information, see Viewing Visual Data in Amazon QuickSight.

    Note: The Search function is not available in SherlockBI.

    The dashboard opens.

  4. If required, collapse or maximize the available widgets and apply filters to customize the dashboard’s appearance for printing.
