Wrap up the engagement

Now that you have collected the information and documents you need, you can wrap up the engagement.

To wrap up:

  • Use the Permanent File Documents folder in the Documents page to upload these relevant permanent documents into Collaborate.

  • Permanent documents are metadata information related to your client that doesn't change significantly from year to year, such as the client's business plan, organization chart and corporate bylaws.

  • Download a reference copy of the engagement to share with the clients or to keep for your own records. The reference copy is a .zip file containing PDF copies of all the documents in your engagement. To download a reference copy, select Information () | Download reference copy.
