Plan the engagement

The 0-0 Optimiser document lets you:

  • Decide whether to use the Client queries document to request information from your client.
  • Select sections you would like to include in the engagement.

Based on your responses in this document, CaseWare AnalyticsAI automatically populates the engagement workspace with the documents you need to complete the engagement.

Complete the 0-0 Optimiser to have additional documents and content included in the engagement.

To see a list of the engagement's current documents, select the Documents icon (), or click the Documents tab at the top right corner of the page.

A panel opens on the right side showing the available documents grouped by phase. You can also select a document to open it. Once you open a document, you can pin it for quick access using the pin icon ().

To sign off on the Optimiser as your designated role, select Sign Off at the top-right corner of the document. To learn more, see Manage the engagement documents.

Note: You can change the signoff workflow for a document by creating custom signoff roles and schemes. To learn more, see Define signoff roles and schemes.
