Purchasing a CaseWare Cloud license
The steps below will help you set up and manage your Cloud license.
Getting a license and opening an account
To purchase a CaseWare Cloud license you will need to request an invite. If any further information is required, you will be contacted by the CaseWare sales team, otherwise you will receive an email letting you know your account is ready to go.
Using your Login URL, you are ready set up Cloud for your organization.
Renewing a license
For safety reasons, CaseWare does not store payment information. To renew your license, please contact us by phone.
If payment is not received by the specified date, your account will be locked and any data or files associated with that account will be inaccessible. A locked account will be reopened when payment is received. No data is lost during this process.
